Move-Out退去申請

30 days' notice is required for a regular move-out, and 14 days' notice is required for a PSC order.

通常退去は30日通知、PSCは14日通知が必要となります。

Deposit will be refunded after 5-7 business days from the final inspection.

敷金の精算は、退去立会い後５～７日以降に行われます。

Security deposit can not be used to cover any unpaid rent.

未払いの家賃を敷金より相殺することはできません。

Obtain the rental clearance form (Noticication of intent to Vacate Offbase Rental) from Kadena Housing before vacating the prperty.

退去前に嘉手納ハウジングからの退去通知書を取得する必要があります。

The rental clearance form will be signed by Central Housing after the costs for the final utility bills and any repair fees have been settled.

最終の光熱費および修繕費などの費用精算が完了した後、クリアランスはセントラルハウジングにて署名されます。

Internet (Local House phone/AFN dish) need to be canceled before vacating the property.

退去前に、インターネット回線（AFNアンテナ）および固定電話の解約手続きを行っていただく必要があります。

Move-out notices may be submitted beginning 45 days prior to the move-out date.

退去通知は、退去日の45日前よりご提出いただけます

Central Housing will send an email to tenant within 3 business days after the form is submitted.

退去通知が提出されて３営業日以内にセントラルハウジングよりメールをお送りいたします。

Final cleaning fee and AC cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.

退去清掃とエアコン清掃は自動的に敷金より差し引かれます。

A POA (Power of Attorney) is required if the tenant will depart the island within 5–7 days after the final inspection.

最終立会い後、５～７日以内に出国される場合は、委任状（POA：Power of Attorney）の提出が必要となります。

The property must be completely empty at the time of the final inspection.

退去立会時は物件内を完全に空室の状態にする必要があります。

If a parking certificate has been obtained, procedures to change or cancel the parking certificate will be required.

車庫証明を取っている場合は、車庫証明の移動または抹消手続きが必要になります。
