Typhoon Preparations

If damage occurs after a typhoon, please contact us from our web sight"Issue".  In the case of damage caused by the tenant's negligence, the tenant will be responsible for the repair costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 Please check that all windows are closed, and remove any debris from the drains in your garden and on your balcony. Do not leave household waste outside. Secure and close your garage door. Prepare for power outages, etc. Take all necessary precautions and stay safe.

台風への備え

台風後に被害があった場合は、弊社ホームページ、入居中のトラブルよりご連絡下さい。入居者の過失による損害の場合は、修理費用は入所者様ご負担いただきます。ご理解とご協力を宜しくお願い致します。

 窓が開いていないかの確認、庭やベランダの排水溝のゴミ等を撤去しておく。家庭ごみは外に出しっぱなしにしない。ガレージのシャッターは閉めておく。停電した場合の備え等。各自で対策をしておいてください。安全お過ごしください。
